Dental Concepts was originally started on September 1, 1988 by David M. Crawley, D.D.S. as a sole proprietorship. On March 17. 2005, Dental Concepts became incorporated into a Limited Liability Corporation formed under the laws of the state of Alabama.
The mission of Dental Concepts, LLC is to acquire your trust in our professional care by providing the highest quality of dental treatment and striving to assure that our patients are highly satisfied with our service through patient education and understanding of treatment processes while rendering warm and friendly customer service.
